Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Manage computer systems including desktops, laptops, and servers across various operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux
Troubleshoot software problems related to applications like Microsoft Office and enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy
Configure and maintain computer networks including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and other security measures
Assist with computer hardware setup, upgrades, repairs, and inventory management
Support IT infrastructure projects by assisting with network configuration and system integration
Document technical procedures and incident reports to ensure consistent support quality
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in providing IT support within a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms
Hands-on experience with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewalls, and network troubleshooting
Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira for issue tracking and resolution
Ability to troubleshoot hardware failures and software conflicts efficiently
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users
Preferred
Prior experience managing computer hardware components and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure is highly desirable
