Responsibilities

Manage all day-to-day accounting functions, including AR/AP, general ledger, payroll, bank reconciliations, and journal entries

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes

Prepare financial statements and internal reports for management

Ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting policies and procedures

Act as the primary point of contact for all accounting matters

Utilize Sage software for all accounting needs

Qualification

Sage accounting softwareFull-cycle accountingAnalytical skillsAttention to detailOrganizational skills

Required

Recent hands-on experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper in a manufacturing or similar environment

Proficient with Sage accounting software

Proven ability to perform full-cycle accounting independently

High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred but not required
