Responsibilities
Oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Manage and coordinate the activities of construction teams and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process
Review project plans and specifications to determine project requirements
Monitor daily progress on-site and address any issues that arise during construction
Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to stakeholders
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, particularly with concrete projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
