Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of concrete construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
Manage and coordinate on-site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics
Lead, mentor, and supervise construction crews to ensure high performance and safety standards
Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and project execution
Prepare daily reports on project progress, including challenges and solutions implemented
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and best practices
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
