Manage daily operations of the fabrication shop, including scheduling and workflow management

Supervise and lead a team of fabricators and welders to ensure quality and efficiency in production

Develop and implement shop policies and procedures to improve safety and productivity

Coordinate with project managers and customers to understand project requirements and timelines

Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed to maintain production continuity

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and the shop to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards
