Responsibilities
Assist sales with equipment selection and pricing
Prepare quotes for equipment
Provide detailed construction submittals of our products
Prepare and release orders to manufacturers
Handle customer issues and develop technical solutions
Qualification
Required
Sales, Sales Support or Customer Service experience within HVAC
Prior experience within HVAC sales or technical customer support
Being mechanically inclined and having the ability to quickly assimilate technical/mechanical information
Ability and desire to work and communicate effectively with internal team members and external clients
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
