Manage daily on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor forces to ensure timely project completion

Review and understand project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure they are being followed accurately

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work

Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise

Manage and track project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met

Utilize Procore software for project management and documentation
