Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from initiation to completion
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor project progress against these benchmarks
Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any challenges that arise during construction
Implement safety and quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Prepare regular project reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders

Required

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles
Familiarity with project management software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and travel frequently between project sites
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field required
