End User Support Analyst
Stowers Machinery Corporation is seeking an End User Support Analyst to assist end users with day-to-day software and hardware issues. The role involves troubleshooting, providing support, and maintaining help desk documentation while ensuring a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to help desk requests via ticketing system, phone, email, or in person
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripheral devices
Provide support for Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, iOS, and various enterprise applications
Maintain and update help desk documentation, FAQs, and user guides
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate IT teams or third-party vendors when necessary
Log all support activities in the ticketing system, ensuring proper tracking and resolution
Educate users on best practices for security, software use, and hardware care
Account management administration and support for AD, file shares, CAT Accounts (CWS, SIS, etc.), end user software, etc
Be a “tech liaison” for our end users, which will include training and helping understand how to properly use the software/hardware
Assist the IT team in ongoing projects
Travel to our different locations as needed
This role requires the ability to carry and lift up to 50lbs as needed

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Analytical problem-solving skills
Must be able to act with a sense of urgency and commitment to resolve while multi-tasking effectively
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
Documentation of process and standard operation procedures
Working experience in creating and maintaining images for either an enterprise or large corporation
An ability to keep current with IT trends, developments and industry best practices specifically related to client systems and devices
An ability to excel within a collaborative and cross-functional working environment
Preferred
0-2 years previous customer service experience preferred
0-2 years previous IT experience preferred
ITIL Certifications preferred
Microsoft products, especially Office, Intune, and Teams preferred
