This role will lead and coordinate electrical design disciplines across fast-paced data center projects, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems.

Responsibilities
Lead all electrical engineering efforts including utility interconnections, power distribution, and backup power systems
Coordinate electrical design phases and ensure alignment with other system designs
Perform detailed reviews of electrical drawings and specifications, addressing design gaps and constructability issues
Participate in design coordination meetings, contractor reviews, and vendor assessments
Manage Engineers of Record and specialty consultants to ensure quality and schedule adherence
Develop and refine electrical design standards and incorporate lessons learned from past projects
Qualification
Required
12–18+ years of experience in electrical engineering and mission-critical power systems
Extensive experience with data center design and operations
Proficiency in reviewing and coordinating complex electrical systems and drawings
Strong understanding of power distribution, protection and controls, and relevant codes and standards
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Proven ability to interface with utilities, contractors, and customers effectively
Preferred
Experience with high-performance computing, AI/ML, or crypto data centers is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and Professional Engineering (PE) license is strongly preferred
