Junior Sales & Project Manager
Parcome is a luxury packaging designer and manufacturer with over 40 years of expertise creating bespoke packaging solutions. They are seeking a Junior Sales & Project Manager to support growth in the North American market, focusing on outbound prospecting and new business development while managing small-to-medium client accounts.

Responsibilities
Proactively identify, research, and cold-call / cold-email prospective clients in luxury goods and retail sectors
Qualify leads, book meetings, and support the conversion of prospects into active clients
Maintain regular touchpoints with existing or past small-to-medium clients to generate repeat business
Co-create compelling presentation decks, proposals, and pitch materials with internal creative and design teams
Represent Parcome at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to support brand visibility and business development
Act as the principal internal coordinator for small/medium accounts - ensuring excellent execution from kickoff to delivery
Daily communication with clients and internal teams (designers, production, logistics) to align expectations and timelines
Manage project details, schedules, samples, revisions, and delivery checkpoints with precision
Track account performance and support forecasting, reporting, and internal project documentation
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years experience in sales, business development, account management, or project management - preferably in luxury goods, retail, design, packaging, or related fields
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
Comfortable building client relationships, confidently presenting ideas, and driving solutions
Interest in packaging, design, and creative collaboration
Ability to thrive in a hybrid office culture and contribute to a team environment (3 days in Manhattan office)
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship available
Preferred
Familiarity with packaging terminology or experience in secondary packaging is a bonus but not required
Creative flair and comfort developing presentations/proposals
