Responsibilities
Lead new business development and strategic expansion across targeted auto and industrial manufacturing accounts by identifying white space, acquiring new logos, and expanding existing relationships
Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders (e.g., CIOs, CTOs, COOs, Heads of Engineering and Manufacturing) to position digital, engineering, and IT solutions aligned with clients’ priorities such as smart manufacturing, supply chain digitization, and connected vehicle initiatives
Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams to drive end-to-end transformation, including areas such as product lifecycle management (PLM), Industry 4.0, IoT, cloud migration, CX, predictive maintenance, and data analytics
Stay informed on manufacturing trends—EV, autonomous tech, sustainability, factory automation, and supply chain resilience—and represent the firm at relevant industry events and forums to strengthen client relationships and thought leadership
Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. Drive accurate forecasting, proposals, and contract execution in alignment with business objectives
Leverage and expand relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and ecosystem partners to uncover new joint opportunities and strengthen solution positioning
Work closely with practice leaders, solution architects, and delivery heads to ensure successful program execution and sustained client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in the Automotive or Industrial Manufacturing sectors
Strong track record of consulting-led IT services and digital transformation sales
Prior engagement in accounts such as Ford, General Motors, Cummins, John Deere, Caterpillar, or similar industrial clients
Ability to lead new business development and strategic expansion across targeted auto and industrial manufacturing accounts
Experience in building and maintaining trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders (e.g., CIOs, CTOs, COOs, Heads of Engineering and Manufacturing)
Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams to drive end-to-end transformation
Stay informed on manufacturing trends—EV, autonomous tech, sustainability, factory automation, and supply chain resilience
Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
