Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings

Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts

Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases

Maintain and organize case files and documentation

Communicate with clients, witnesses, and expert witnesses to gather information and provide updates

Assist in the discovery process, including preparing and reviewing discovery requests and responses

Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines

Translate documents and communicate with Spanish-speaking clients as needed
