Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project deadlines
Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate potential project risks
Manage project budget and ensure financial accountability
Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
Qualification
Required
Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the industrial mechanical or HVAC industries
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
Familiarity with industrial project requirements and standards
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
