Responsibilities

10–15+ years of experience operating and maintaining large commercial building systems

15+ years of maintenance management experience, preferably within Class A or complex assets

Lead and manage all engineering operations including HVAC, central plant, electrical, life-safety, plumbing, and BAS

Supervise, train, and develop on-site engineers and maintenance staff

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory and life-safety requirements

Oversee preventive and reliability-based maintenance programs to ensure maximum uptime

Manage vendors, contractors, service agreements, and capital improvement projects

Support operating budgets, cost control initiatives, and energy optimization efforts
