Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of millwrights in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify issues and implement necessary repairs or replacements
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of machinery
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with production goals and safety standards
Train and mentor junior millwrights and apprentices in best practices and safety protocols
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for required materials and services

Required

Proven experience as a millwright or in a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in an industrial setting
