Responsibilities

Lead and manage the IT department and its staff

Oversee the implementation and management of ERP systems such as NetSuite

Manage Office 365 and ensure seamless integration within the company

Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies and procedures

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Ensure data security and compliance with cybersecurity protocols

Manage IT projects utilizing Agile and SCRUM methodologies

Provide support for infrastructure management including servers and virtual environments with VMWare

Maintain and administer Active Directory and Exchange systems

Utilize Power BI for data analysis and reporting
