Business Development - Territory Sales Manager – Knoxville
Hospitality Control Solutions is hiring a Territory Sales Manager for the East Tennessee market, focusing on restaurant technology sales. The role involves building relationships with local restaurant operators and helping them solve challenges through integrated technology solutions.

Responsibilities
Own your territory: Identify and connect with every foodservice business in the area
Lead the full sales cycle—from outreach to closing
Educate restaurant owners/operators on how our POS + payment solutions drive efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability
Conduct on-site visits, demos, and needs assessments
Position NCR Voyix solutions (e.g., Aloha POS) against other major platforms
Collaborate with our trusted local service team to ensure customer success
Use digital tools, social platforms, and creative strategies to generate leads and keep your pipeline strong
Qualification
Required
Strong ties to the restaurant or hospitality industry (restaurant/bar experience a huge plus)
Sales experience in POS, restaurant tech, or hospitality SaaS
Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Confident with technology and quick to learn new systems
Integrity, professionalism, and strong references
Willing to travel throughout East Tennessee as needed
