Entry Level Communications Assistant
B3ON Corporate is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role involves supporting various communications initiatives, assisting in content development, and enhancing the brand presence both online and offline.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, and press releases
Support the management of social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement monitoring
Research and compile information for internal and external communications initiatives
Help organize and coordinate company events, including meetings, conferences, and promotional activities
Contribute to team brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas for marketing and communication strategies
Maintain organized records of communications materials and campaign results for analysis and reporting purposes
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software tools
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand messaging
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
