Qualification
Required
Program development and management experience, including planning, execution, and evaluation
Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders
Budgeting skills and experience with resource allocation
Creative problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic challenges in a community-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Arts Administration, Nonprofit Management, Business, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience in arts and cultural programming, agriculture, community engagement, or innovation-driven initiatives is highly desirable
