Conduct land surveys using appropriate techniques and equipment
Prepare and maintain accurate survey documentation and reports
Collaborate with project teams to develop surveying plans and methodologies
Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for drafting and mapping purposes
Perform staking and mapping activities to support construction and development projects
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding surveying practices
Provide technical guidance and support to junior surveyors and staff
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a surveyor in construction or land development projects
Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and practices
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
Professional licensure as a land surveyor is preferred
