Responsibilities

Administer, develop, and optimize the ServiceNow platform following best practices
Provide senior-level technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural input
Serve as the subject‑matter expert for ServiceNow SPM
Manage platform governance, configuration, executive dashboards, and capability roadmaps
Lead modernization initiatives and drive user adoption across the enterprise
Review ServiceNow roadmap updates and provide executive recommendations
Ensure platform integrity through audits, testing, and structured upgrade processes
Maintain compliance with security standards and enforce development governance
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals
Provide clear documentation and support continuous platform improvements
Diagnose and resolve system issues using best practices
Maintain stable, scalable solutions across the enterprise

Qualification

ServiceNow developmentServiceNow SPM administrationServiceNow Administrator CertificationITIL knowledgeCommunication skillsProblem-solving attitude

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
3+ years ServiceNow software development required
2+ years ServiceNow SPM administration required

Preferred

Master's degree preferred
Equivalent experience may be considered
ServiceNow Administrator Certification preferred
Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks preferred
