Lead and support two operations specialists while ensuring smooth client operations
Improve systems, processes, and technology across billing, reporting, and workflows
Oversee billing, retirement account processing, and insurance/annuity administration
Support compliance supervision, internal reviews, and firmwide training initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Operations and/or compliance background
Strong communication, detail orientation, and process-improvement mindset
Preferred
Licensing preferred (7 & 66 or 63 & 65)
