The role focuses on building and maintaining strong referral relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers while educating them on dual-diagnosis treatment programs.

Responsibilities

Identify, establish, and nurture referral relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, interventionists, EAPs, and other industry professionals
Leverage existing connections while proactively cultivating new partnerships to drive client referrals
Educate referral sources on our comprehensive dual-diagnosis treatment programs and the benefits of out-of-network insurance coverage
Develop and implement strategic outreach initiatives to increase awareness and admissions
Collaborate with the admissions and clinical teams to ensure seamless client transitions
Track and analyze referral trends to optimize business development strategies

Required

Proven experience in business development within the behavioral health or addiction treatment industry
Strong network of existing industry relationships and the ability to foster new connections
Experience working with out-of-network insurance referrals and a solid understanding of insurance processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel as needed for networking and outreach efforts
