Responsibilities
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and align on recruiting strategies
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing
Recruit across a wide range of corporate functions and leadership roles
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through strategic sourcing on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact to final offer
Collaborate with HR partners to support seamless onboarding handoffs
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within our ATS (Greenhouse)
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and elevate recruiting best practices
Qualification
Required
4–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or healthcare environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field - or equivalent experience
Experience recruiting for sales, business development, or other customer-facing roles
Demonstrated success hiring for a mix of roles across multiple functions
Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing
Experience using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus!)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring leaders
A strong sense of urgency, ownership, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience hiring for sales or revenue‑generating roles is strongly preferred
