Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of industrial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and manage project execution
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary
Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee project estimating and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the industrial construction sector

Familiarity with industrial construction regulations and safety standards
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
