This role will help operationalize a new data visualization platform, ensure data accuracy, and support stakeholders in scaling People Analytics reporting.

Responsibilities
Support the setup and launch of our new People Analytics visualization platform
Validate data, dashboards, and metric logic to ensure accuracy and alignment across sources
Partner with BI Engineers to test and refine reporting ready datasets
Manage stakeholder questions about platform usage, data interpretation, and reporting functionality
Ensure the platform meets stakeholder needs through feedback collection and iteration
Identify and troubleshoot data quality or logic issues that impact reporting
Document metric definitions, logic, and dashboard guidance for users
Support user onboarding, training sessions, and demo walkthroughs
Uphold People Analytics standards for data quality, consistency, and trust
Qualification
Required
Experience in Business Intelligence, People Analytics, or HR Data roles
Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools such as Looker, Databricks, OneModel, or Visier
Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate data across systems
Comfort supporting business users and explaining analytical concepts in plain language
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast moving environment
