They are seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Social Media Manager / Graphic Designer to manage social media platforms, create engaging visual content, and support website content updates.

Responsibilities
Manage and execute daily content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and events
Write engaging captions, schedule posts, and monitor performance analytics
Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
Stay current on social media trends and platform best practices
Design creative assets for social media, website, email campaigns, print materials, and signage
Ensure all designs align with brand standards and messaging
Collaborate with marketing and department leaders to develop promotional materials for all departments
Assist with updating and maintaining website content, including graphics, copy, and promotions
Ensure website content is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with current marketing initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to keep website information timely and up to date
Proof and quality-check all website updates prior to publishing
Take ownership of assigned projects and meet deadlines consistently
Proof and double-check all content for accuracy and quality before distribution
Support additional marketing initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in social media management, graphic design, and basic website content management
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred
Preferred
Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or membership-based brands
Familiarity with website platforms or CMS tools (WordPress)
Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or short-form video editing
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
