Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with legal research and document preparation
Manage and organize court filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines
Maintain and coordinate attorney calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence
Handle client communication and inquiries in a professional manner
Assist with trial preparation and case management
Perform general administrative duties as required

Required

Proficient in using legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
