Senior LevelCyberCoders is an early-stage, funded AI startup looking to add a founding software engineer. This role involves shaping the technical foundation of the company, developing AI solutions, and leading the engineering team.

Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable machine learning models and AI solutions
Collaborate with the founding team to define the product vision and roadmap
Lead the engineering efforts in creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
Implement best practices in software development, including CI/CD processes
Optimize AI models for performance and scalability across various platforms
Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and machine learning
Mentor and guide junior engineers as the team grows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in Python programming and machine learning development
Background in startup environments, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
Experience with Linux and deploying machine learning models in production
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in AI
Preferred
Knowledge of LLM, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and similar technologies is a plus
