Responsibilities

Oversee and review tax compliance for C corporations, S corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and trusts
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients, including high-net-worth individuals (HNWI)
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary tax documentation and provide guidance on tax-related matters
Manage and mentor junior tax staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge
Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting entities and individuals
Prepare and review complex tax returns and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance

Qualification

CPA certificationTax management experienceFederalState tax regulationsTax software proficiencyWealth management principlesAnalytical skillsOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, with a focus on entities and compliance
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations for various business structures
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and understanding of wealth management principles
Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
