Responsibilities
Develop design plans, using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software for land development projects
Conduct field tests, surveys, and inspections to collect data
Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects
Prepare reports, designs, and drawings
Assist with land use, zoning, environmental, or drainage analyses
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Civil Engineer

Land Development
AutoCAD/CAD
Experience with land use, subdivision, land development, and parcel mapping
Strong knowledge of site layout, grading, drainage, and erosion control principles
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Engineer In Training (EIT) certification is preferred
Familiarity with CAD software, such as Carlson, AutoCAD, or Civil3D
