Sales Development Representative (USA)
Empresa Confidencial is focused on expanding its market presence in the U.S. by targeting Latin-owned and mid-market companies. The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in generating a high-quality sales pipeline and establishing relationships with key decision-makers to drive regional expansion.

Responsibilities
Actively prospect in the U.S. market, prioritizing Latin-owned, financial, retail, consumer, industrial, mid-market, pharmaceutical, and related companies
Generate and nurture a qualified pipeline in coordination with the LATAM commercial team
Execute multichannel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, calls) following the commercial playbook
Qualify prospects (ICP, needs, budget, decision-making process)
Coordinate and schedule meetings with decision-makers (CIO, CTO, VP of Operations, Heads of Innovation)
Record activities, progress, and metrics in the company CRM
Collaborate on post-meeting follow-up and support the development of commercial proposals
Participate in networking activities, IT fairs, or industry events
Qualification
Required
Advanced English and Spanish (mandatory)
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development; full sales cycle
Knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
Results-oriented, autonomous, and growth mindset
Preferred
Experience in technology or consulting companies is a plus
