Call Center Representative
B3ON Corporate is a growing company seeking a dynamic and motivated Call Center Representative to join their team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through phone interactions and handling a variety of inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding products and services
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database
Process orders, refunds, and exchanges as necessary while adhering to company policies
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues that require escalation
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction effectively and efficiently
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
Proven experience in a customer service role or call center environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
