Responsibilities

Prepare and meticulously review a wide array of complex tax returns, including individual, partnership, S-corporation, C-corporation, trust, gift, estate, and not-for-profit returns
Research intricate tax issues and legislation, applying professional judgment to identify problems and develop innovative, legally sound solutions for client returns
Clearly identify and communicate complex tax and accounting issues to staff, managers, and partners, ensuring seamless coordination
Develop and maintain exceptional working relationships with client staff at all levels to add internal value and strengthen client loyalty
Actively participate in our mentoring program to mentor, develop, and retain junior tax professionals
Assist with business development and firm marketing initiatives to expand the firm's clientele

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Active CPA license is required
Minimum of 5 or more years of recent, relevant experience with a specialization in High Net-Worth Individual taxation combined with Estate & Gift, Trust, or Flow-Through Entity taxation
Knowledge of CCH tax software and proficiency with MS Office
Demonstrated strong leadership and personnel management skills, along with a commitment to providing exceptional client service

Preferred

Previous experience gained at a Big 4 or large Regional Public Accounting Firm
