Review project plans and specifications to determine scope of work and required materials

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for various commercial construction projects

Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather relevant information for estimates

Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to produce competitive bids

Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and availability of materials

Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and requirements as needed

Provide support during the bidding process and participate in negotiations with clients
