The Architect will create innovative designs, ensure compliance with industry standards, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
Develop and present architectural design concepts and solutions
Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather project requirements
Ensure all designs meet LEED standards and sustainability goals
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
Assist in the preparation of construction documents and proposals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution preferred
Can be licensed Architect or Unlicensed
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Experience in some combination of the following hotels, multifamily, hospitality, dorms and healthcare design
Knowledge of LEED certification processes and standards
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Multistory experience preferred
Familiarity with Sketch-up and MS Office
