Automotive Sales Business Development Representative
Kenosha Toyota is seeking an Automotive Sales Business Development Representative to serve as the primary connection between customers and their future vehicles. In this role, you will guide customers through the early stages of the buying process, providing information about the dealership and available vehicles while ensuring a professional customer experience.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and schedule sales appointments
Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live-chat inquiries using established scripts and templates
Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information
Present preliminary financing options based on customer needs
Follow up with leads who are not yet ready to schedule or who did not show for appointments
Maintain accurate and consistent CRM documentation daily
Participate in team meetings and process-improvement sessions
Build positive working relationships with sales teams and dealership leadership
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a customer-service-focused role
Strong dependability and attendance
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Prompt, professional, and courteous communication style
Enthusiastic and motivated personality
Strong computer and CRM skills
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
