Responsibilities
Lead and manage electrical project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Oversee the planning and execution of electrical projects in multi-family and commercial sectors
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers effectively
Facilitate communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and changes
Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of work are maintained
Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure successful project delivery
Provide team leadership, mentoring, and support to project staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in project management, particularly in electrical engineering projects
Strong understanding of quality control and compliance standards in construction
Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills, with a focus on resource allocation
Demonstrated ability in team leadership and stakeholder communication
Experience with risk management and contract negotiation
Knowledge of multi-family and commercial project requirements, including design-build processes
