Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
Utilize DOORS and Comsense software for project tracking and documentation purposes
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders, detailing progress, risks, and financials
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
Proficient in project management software such as Comsense
Knowledge of commercial door systems and Division 8 construction materials
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
