Project Manager
Labor Finders is seeking an experienced and dependable Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion. This role requires strong leadership and organization skills while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to finish
Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
Supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors
Travel to job sites to oversee operations and inspect work
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to leadership
Manage documentation, reports, and project records
Resolve field issues and maintain productivity and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness and ability to travel as required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent required
Relevant field experience may substitute for formal education
Preferred
Knowledge of construction, land clearing, or property services preferred
