Represent clients in litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and trials
Advise clients on regulatory and risk management issues
Manage case files and ensure procedural compliance
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Texas
3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in financial services or commercial litigation
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
