Responsibilities
Lead a crew of one or two other employees
Safely load and transport products to and from job sites
Lead the onsite installation process for windows and doors in both new construction and existing homes
Train all helpers on the correct installation methods and safety on a job site
Communicate professionally with customers, as well as your supervisor and co-workers
Utilize in house software to read the schedule and track completed jobs
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Clean driving record
Willingness to work 40+ hours per week
2+ years experience with windows and/or doors
Desire to learn and advance in a career
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
