Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all plumbing activities on-site to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Coordinate with other construction trades and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and project execution
Plan, schedule, and oversee plumbing installations and repairs in accordance with project specifications and timelines
Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Provide training and mentorship to plumbing staff to enhance skills and ensure compliance with best practices
Prepare and maintain accurate records of plumbing work, including daily reports and project documentation
Assist in the budgeting and procurement of plumbing materials and equipment as required

Required

Proven experience as a Plumbing Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, mechanical systems, and HVAC installations

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Solid understanding of building codes and safety regulations related to plumbing
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
