This role is foundational to ROC scalability and warranty cost control, requiring strong ERP discipline and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
Own and govern SKU creation, structure, and lifecycle for all parts, sub-assemblies, kits, machines, and finished goods across the ROC network
Establish and enforce SKU naming conventions, classification standards, and revision control to ensure consistency across manufacturers and ROCs
Act as the SKU gatekeeper by reviewing, approving, and activating all new SKUs in Zoho (or assigned ERP system)
Define and maintain parent/child SKU relationships, including composite finished goods and kit configurations
Control SKU revisions, substitutions, and obsolescence, ensuring field compatibility and documented change management
Ensure all inbound items (machines, parts, readers, payment systems, accessories) are properly received, serialized where required, and accurately transacted in the ERP at time of receipt
Manage serialized part tracking to support warranty attribution, failure analysis, and supplier accountability
Oversee inventory state management (raw, WIP, finished goods, service stock) to ensure accurate financial and operational reporting
Ensure parts are issued only against machine serial numbers, work orders, warranty cases, or deployment programs to maintain full cost traceability
Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Product Operations to identify high-failure SKUs, drive corrective actions, and implement approved revisions
Define and manage kit SKUs to support machine builds, upgrades, and ROC deployment programs
Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and demand signals to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
Produce and review SKU-level reporting, including inventory accuracy, warranty recovery, usage trends, and slow-moving or obsolete inventory
Train and support ROC parts personnel on SKU standards, receiving discipline, and inventory controls
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing inventory errors, touch time, and carrying costs
Qualification
