Responsibilities

Lead and manage commercial door projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

Prepare detailed project estimates and budgets using Comsense or Avaware software

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to understand project requirements and specifications

Conduct site visits to assess progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Develop project schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines

Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and specifications

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues

Mentor and lead project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
