Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with state agencies, case managers, and community partners

Manage client referrals, placements, and admissions from initial inquiry through transition

Assess potential clients statewide to ensure appropriate placement

Lead client and stakeholder satisfaction initiatives

Partner with Operations leadership on growth and strategic planning

Improve processes related to placement, census management, and retention

Lead and support team members while ensuring compliance with employment laws
