Responsibilities
Lead executive and corporate communications for the Kelso platform
Develop CEO and leadership messages, town halls, and enterprise-wide updates
Own internal communications across multiple operating companies
Support acquisition onboarding, integration, and change communications
Develop Kelso’s platform narrative and value proposition
Manage Kelso’s external voice including public relations and social media presence
Ensure consistency across leadership, HR, recruiting, and external communications
Provide communication toolkits and guidance to operating company leaders
Support sensitive, time-critical, or crisis communications when required
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in corporate, executive, or integrated communications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Business or related field
Proven experience utilizing multiple mediums to deliver content through print, electronic, podcasts, in person, etc
Experience in high-growth, multi-entity, or private-equity-backed environments
Strong executive-level writing and storytelling skills
Experience managing external channels such as websites, announcements, or social media
Ability to operate in ambiguity and change
