Responsibilities
Manage the full program lifecycle for a new AI solution, from development through launch and brand approvals
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Sales, Support, Manufacturing)
Oversee program planning, RAID management, and stakeholder governance
Ensure all dependencies, risks, and timelines are tracked and communicated
Support supply chain/vendor coordination and site readiness/change management as needed
Use Agile/SAFe methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence) as appropriate
Facilitate approvals with major Quick-Service Restaurant brands post-launch (3–6 months process)
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience managing large, end-to-end programs involving both hardware (devices) and SaaS
Strong organizational, communication, and risk management skills
Familiarity with Agile/SAFe, Jira, and Confluence
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and drive accountability
Preferred
Background in QSR, device + SaaS, or similar industries (preferred but not required)
Experience with AI, or subscription-based device models
Exposure to supply chain or manufacturing environments
