The internship role is to support basic and routine activities with the Information Technology team, providing ad-hoc support to various IT sub teams in their day-to-day duties to support operational readiness.

Responsibilities

Assist local technical subteams with day-to-day operational tasks

Review SOPs

Assist project managers with schedule updates

Assists with ad hoc management reporting requests

Supports execution of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) runs through IT support tasks

Provides support for root cause analysis (RCA) and process deviation investigations

A ssists with deviations, change controls, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) closures

Collaborates with other departments, such as Quality, Manufacturing, MSAT, Maintenance, and Validation

Performs other duties, as assigned

Qualification

Engineering degreeComputer ScienceInformation SystemsMicrosoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPointPharma/Biotech experienceSoft skills

Required

Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Scientific Undergraduate or Master's degree Program with a Computer Science, Information Systems or similar focus

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to discern audible cues

Ability to ascend or descend ladders, scaffolding, ramps, etc

Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time - up to 60 minutes

Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time - up to 240 minutes

Ability to conduct activities using repetitive motions that include writs, hands and/or fingers

Ability to conduct work that includes moving objects up to 10 pounds

Preferred

Prior experience in Pharma/Biotech/Chemical Industry
